Krabi Voyager provides private luxury longtail boat tours departing from Ao Nang, Krabi. Every booking is for a whole boat with captain and crew; we never combine parties. A boat carries a maximum of 8 seated guests, including children and toddlers. Babies under 1 travel on a lap and do not count towards the 8.

Prices are shown per boat in Thai Baht (THB) and cover the first 4 guests. Each additional guest aged 5 and over is charged 700 THB, whether adult or child. Children aged 1–4 travel free but take a seat, and babies under 1 travel free on a lap.

National Park fees are not included and are paid in cash on the day. Transfers are free within Ao Nang. Krabi Town, Tubkaek and Klong Muang are 1,000 THB round trip. Railay guests meet us at a meeting point at no charge, except on the Hong Islands trip, which adds 1,000 THB because the boat has to double back. Other areas are quoted before payment.

A booking is confirmed for your date once we have received a 30% deposit online and sent you a confirmation. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip.

Some bookings (for example transfers from other areas, or early-morning departures) are handled as requests: we review them first and send a deposit link once the details are agreed.

A booking hold expires if the deposit is not paid within the time shown on the payment page.

Light rain with safe seas: the trip runs as normal. In a storm, rough seas or a National Park closure you can choose a full refund or move to another available date.

Route and timing may change with weather, tides and safety. The captain's decision on safety is final. Where an itinerary is shown as "to be confirmed", the exact stops will be agreed with you before the trip.

Cancel 14 days or more before your trip date and your 30% deposit is refunded in full. Cancel less than 14 days before, or do not arrive at the pickup or meeting point, and the deposit is not refunded; nothing further is charged.

Moving your booking to another date is free if you tell us 14 days or more before your trip date and a boat is available on the new date. Later than that, the terms above apply.

There is no cancel button on the website. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and we will cancel the booking and confirm any refund in writing. The Cancellation & Refund Policy page sets out how refunds are paid back.

For insurance we need the full name of every passenger and passport or ID information before the trip. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when the captain asks. Children remain the responsibility of the adults travelling with them, and guests are responsible for their own belongings.

There is no toilet on board. Toilets are available on some islands and stops are planned accordingly.

The captain may refuse to carry or may end the trip for any guest whose behaviour endangers the boat or others; no refund is due in that case.

Accident insurance is included for all passengers. Beyond that insurance, and to the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, sea conditions, authorities or events outside our control.

Our crew may take photos during the trip for you. We will only use guest photos on our website or social media with your permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
