Privacy Policy
Krabi Voyager Seatour Co., Ltd. ("Krabi Voyager", "we") operates krabivoyagerseatour.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you book a private boat tour, why we collect it and how we protect it.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect for bookings
When you book a tour we ask for the information we need to run your trip: the lead guest's name, email address and WhatsApp number; your hotel or pickup area; the number of adults, children and infants; dietary needs, allergies and any notes or special occasions you choose to share; and your preferred tour, date and departure time.
We also record technical details that help us protect the booking system, such as the IP address a booking was made from, the language you used and the time of the booking.
3. Passenger names and passport details (insurance)
Our accident insurance requires the full name of every passenger on board and, for the insurance policy, passport or ID information. This information is used only to arrange insurance cover for your trip and to comply with safety requirements.
Passport numbers are stored encrypted on our systems. They are never written to log files, never shown in URLs and never shared with anyone other than our insurer where required.
4. Payments
Online deposits are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and a payment reference.
Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.
5. Emails and messages
Booking confirmations, deposit receipts and vouchers are sent by email through our email delivery provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process your messages under their own terms.
We do not send marketing newsletters. Any email we send relates to your booking or a question you asked.
6. Why we use your data (legal basis)
We process booking data to perform the contract with you (running your tour), to meet legal and insurance obligations, and — for security records such as IP addresses — because we have a legitimate interest in protecting our booking system from abuse.
7. Who sees your data
Your booking is seen by the Krabi Voyager team, the captain and crew assigned to your trip (names, pickup details and dietary needs only), our insurer (passenger details required for cover), Stripe (payments) and our email provider (delivery of booking emails). We do not sell or rent personal data.
8. How long we keep it
Retention periods are to be defined by the owner. [To be confirmed by Krabi Voyager]
As a principle, we keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting, insurance and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise passport details once they are no longer required.
9. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@krabivoyagerseatour.com and we will respond personally.
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) applies to us. If you are visiting from another country, your local data protection rights may also apply.
10. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to remember your language and to keep a booking session working. We do not use advertising cookies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the business develops. The version on this page is the current one.
